Hey friends - our entertainment brands have recently hit the most giant financial milestone in business that every business owner has ever dreamed of. And with that has come a lot of reflection - how in the world did I get here. You all call me this all the time and sometimes I seriously don't know how to answer it. But I'm doing my best in each episode to bring you minute-by-minute things I do to help build what you see today. Not just the side pony, full of life, sometimes messy, but organized AF business owner and creative, but also the structure, loyalty and commitment I have between myself and my teams.

I was recently talking about one of the last DJ events that I did. There was a DJ in our community that was getting married who I KNEW I could slay and he hired me for this wedding. I was given no direction other than we like, 90s, 2000s, freestyle, salsa and merengue. No reggaeton - you do you. And I’m thinking… well what if.

The thing is… I can do 90s, 2000s, freestyle... On don't get me started on mep mep mep mep mep, but what if the event took a turn and got me too far into a subculture genre that I didn't know.
