Listen "Possible Late First Round Picks For the Ducks"
Episode Synopsis
Now that we know the Ducks' first round pick will be either 31st or 32nd (no thanks to the Edmonton Oilers), we can begin to focus on who might fall to that pick, and maybe some sleeper picks that could interest GM Pat Verbeek and coach Greg Cronin. JD Hernandez goes over some names that should draw some interest from other teams... but could they drop all the way to 31? A couple names mentioned are Andrew Basha, a crafty winger who brings a great scoring ability as well as a high hockey IQ, and Stian Solberg, a physical defenseman who might be one of the best play-killing defensemen in this draft outside of Levshunov. We also look at a few more names from the WHL and more.GametimeDownload the Gametime app, create an account, and use code LOCKEDONNHL for $20 off your first purchase. Terms apply.
