Today in Season 4 Episodle 87 I speak with Brisbane and Distance Culture runner, Liam Woollett. Liam has serious ability in running, but equally, has faced serious injury issues since he began back at the end of high school. His PB in the 5k is a low 14 and 10k, a low 31, but it hasn't come easy battling with shin splints for well over a decade. Liam talks about his school running, intraining connections, Distance Culture and his future running in this episode.
