Today in Season 3, Episode 67, I chat with Brisbane runner, Matty Cooper. I have run with Matty for the past few years at the BERT squad in Brisbane. He has been around the running scene for basically 15 years amassing 22 marathons along the way, in addition to an enormous amount of all the other fun runs out there on the running scene.
