Cara is currently one of the top women’s runners in the country. She specialises in the steeplechase and is currently ranked amongst the top three women in Australia and top 50 in the world. Cara has also recorded very respectful times professionally across the 1500m to 10,000m on the track and also the 5k and 10k on the road. She only narrowly missed qualifying for the Olympics last year and still has ambitions to compete at the World Champs and Comm Games this year with teams announced late July.
