Jayden is the founder and head coach of the Brisbane Athletics Academy, a business and running group that specialise in junior development and high performance in both athletics and cross country. Additionally, Jayden is the Director and Head Coach of Cross Country and Track & Field at the Brisbane Boys College. In his earlier years, Jayden was also a very handy runner himself, recording times across 2003 to 2011 as quick as 3:48 for the 1500m up to 30:27 in the 10km.
