Last week, I had a specific daydream. In it, I was walking around my neighborhood, and a delivery person stopped me on the street because they had a package for me. For some reason, I was fascinated with the idea of not being at home and a package still being delivered to me just by recognition.
I thought, maybe, this would be proof that I actually live here. (After being constantly self-conscious for two years.)
And then today, while I was coming home from the café, it actually happened. Really quick wish fulfillment.
