As a health coach, I am always interested in any credible and organic information or modality that can improve one’s quality of life. Particularly if it means experiencing less stress, anxiety and depression, and more peace, joy and happiness in one’s life. In today’s podcast episode, we are going to hear about a stress management technique known as EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique. My guest today, Ann Hice, first learned of this technique while visiting her doctor many years ago. We’ll discuss further what this technique is, and how it can be used to manage stress and anxiety in your life. We’ll also dive a little deeper, and explore the root cause of stress and anxiety within the body itself. We’ll look at questions such as what are emotions? Do we cling and hold onto emotions, and is it the act of holding on and clinging to these emotions over the years that leads to tension within the body itself? How do you release all of this built-up tension over the years? And can releasing all this tension lead to more peace and more confidence for a person? We’ll even go beyond EFT, actually two layers beyond, and see how to go very deep within the body to release more tension for even greater stress and anxiety relief.
Ann now teaches others to experience greater peace and freedom by living from the inside out. As we change our inside, so too will our outside change. She is a speaker, spiritual teacher, and author of the book A Pathway to Insight.
