Episode Synopsis
You don’t want a bad situation or experience effecting your productivity and performance so how do we get over this situations? Planning a response level has really helped me deal with negative situations. Can I get over this in a few hours? Will this effect my whole day if I don’t do something about it? is this going to cause a ongoing negative effect for a few weeks or is it going to severely effect me for months or years to come?. Depending on the level depends on your response. Ignore it and move on, have a think about it and perhaps put a plan in action if it re occurs, add a action to it in your todo list a follow up on it in a couple of days or act immediately. Remember don’t linger on it it will effect every area of your life if you do.
