Stepping into a new season requires an acknowledgement of death from the previous seasons in our lives. When we are being initiated into the next level of our lives, our self is being asked to up-level in ways that we haven't tried in the past. I have noticed lately that I have been presented with old opportunities that used to show up for me, and because the experiences no longer resonate, I was able to track and measure my growth. Remember, you are exactly where you are meant to be. Look closely EXACTLY where you are, without any judgement or agenda to be different. This is where you will start to see yourself clearly. I am graduating my Breathwork Facilitator Training this week! These last six months have been a blessing and an anchor for so much change and transformation. When we take in the world around us, we are unable to make clear decisions if we are operating from outdated patterning that we are wired with. We are responsible for cleaning all that is not ours and all energy that does not belong to us. This is the "work!" Where can you allow yourself to feel supported in all of the ways?
