We are striving to be perfect - perfect looks, perfect careers, perfect relationships, perfect house, but who determines what "perfect" means? Are we measuring our perfection by society standards? What would make us perfect? We put so much pressure on ourselves to be perfect, that we cannot even recognize anymore, how perfect we already are. we are berating ourselves, judging and criticizing ourselves, Blaming and shaming ourselves and put ourselves on guilt trips - all day long.
