Emotional Intelligence - Emotions are not intelligent - especially when we are making decisions based on emotions. I will explain my take on emotional intelligence and will talk about neutrality - when it is important, when it supports us and where are the limits. Emotions are not appreciated in our society, if they are not positive - so we suppress, or deny or numb ourselves to those emotions, but if we use emotions in the right way, they are a very powerful tool in manifest everything we want in our lives.
