Michal leads sourcing, due diligence, and deal execution for Arca’s early-stage venture fund, Endeavor. In addition to his portfolio work with founders, Michal guides thematic research into web 3.0 infrastructure opportunities. He has over ten years of experience in financial services, with previous roles in M&A advisory and private equity. Michal was Director of Business Development at Hedera Hashgraph, where he led the financial services vertical and oversaw partnerships with multinationals and startups building on top of the enterprise-grade public network. Before that, he led corporate development for offshore digital assets exchange. Michal began his career in London, focusing on M&A in infrastructure and telecom at Evercore and direct investing with 3i Group.
