As a leader and as a business, what are your superpowers? The answer, of course, will be different for everyone. It is always important to learn and try new ideas, programs, or skills, but I also think it is critical to know your core competency and really build on that asset first. Your superpower is likely someone else's kryptonite, which just means that we need to support ourselves and businesses by filling in our own blanks with others who complement us.
