Episode Synopsis
This year has presented many challenges, but there is still so much to be grateful for. In this episode, I share the things I'm grateful for including my favorite cancer-fighting foods. Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "The first wealth is health." I believe this to be true and work each day to live and eat healthy in a way that supports and promotes good health. During my treatments, one of my favorite books to read was Simple Abundance by Sarah Ban Breathnach. More than just daily affirmations, it is a book of explorations into living more wholly.
