In this episode of The Property Entrepreneur Gordon gives an update on what his upcoming plans for the new year. He also explains the importance of USP’s and how you can come up with your own and have one up on your competition.

If you run a property business, then here are a few things you could do to be better than your competition:
Offer high end accommodation. A lot of rental accommodation is ok but only done up to the bare minimum so you could give higher quality accommodation for a lower price than your competition.
If you’re a serviced accommodation provider, ensure the service you’re providing is better than anyone else’s. This can work really well for holiday properties. You could JV with other local business and offer discounted rates to your clients.
If you have a HMO could you eliminate any of the extra charges for your clients?
Think outside of the box and offer something slightly different to your competitors.
