There is a thin line between feeling inspired and feeling overwhelmed. Our feelings can become illuminated by social media as we either feel inspired to take action or stuck and overwhelmed by other people's stories and lives. In this episode, I talk about how quickly we can jump from inspiration to overwhelm when feelings of inadequacy surface or we compare ourselves to other people.  Can you recognize the line between inspiration and overwhelm?  I'd love to hear your thoughts.
