On this episode, the boys had on special guest Polly Cunes! Polly is a mom of 2 , teacher, and 2:44 marathon from Calgary, Canada! We were able to get her on the pod at the perfect time as she is running the McKirdy Marathon THIS WEEKEND! She is looking for a PR and had a great training cycle under coach Jeff Cunningham.We talked about Polly’s awesome marathon progression over the years. She has a story of consistency but also getting over serious injuries. She ran an amazing 2:44 PR in Chicago last year at age 41!
