On this episode, the boys had on special guest Luke Hopkins! Luke Hopkins is a lot of things. On one side, you have the Ironman, natural pro bodybuilder, and BPN/Gymshark athlete. On the other side, you have the USC graduate majoring in Neuroscience, entrepreneur, content creator, and mental health advocate.Luke is an extremely impressive and motivated individual. We got to know a bit of his background story and how he got to where he is now. After college, he moved home and had a decision to make about his future.
