On this episode, the boys had on Michael Ottesen! Michael is a 2:15 marathoner training in Provo, Utah. He is well-known for his popular YouTube channel where he shares his training and racing journey. You will often see Michael training with Adam Wood, Connor Mantz, and Clayton Young!We had Michael on at a great time. In December, he had a huge breakthrough in the marathon at CIM running a 3 minute PR of 2:15. We got the race recap and also how Michael was able to figure out his issues with cramping he had dealt with in all his prior marathons.Michael has aspirations of faster times (next goal is 2:12!) and a professional contract, but right now he is working full-time as an engineer, training at a high level, and a father of 2!
