Kim Hegwood will be speaking with Daryan Jones from  CarePartners, a non-profit organization in Houston Texas. CarePartners' focus is on the caregivers in our community. They have a number of programs and resources to help caregivers in the community.
Daryan Jones is the Digital and Development Specialist at CarePartners. Having worked as a TV news reporter and web producer in Victoria, Texas, Daryan has over 3 years of experience in digital media and marketing.
She’s been with CarePartners and working with family caregivers for over a year. Her grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s when she was a child and has felt a connection to the disease after watching her family go through the process. Daryan has a love for people, creating connections and sharing important, helpful information.
