It's about a little girl no bigger then your thumb who gets into all kinds of trouble and has the most beautiful voice in all the land. Oh, and there's a fairy prince named Cornelius who looks suspiciously like an early version of Dimitri from Anastasia. Similar haircut, very different attitude.
