We are joined by Dr. Luis Cruz.  He will be discussing his Solution Tree Press book, Time For Change: 4 Essential Skills for Transformational School and District Leaders.  In this book, Anthony Muhammad and Luis Cruz share leadership skills ensuring positive change for students actually gets implemented.  Dr. Cruz has been a teacher and administrator across the K-12 levels, assisting schools reach high levels of learning for all students.  Largely, through the professional learning community model championed by Bob Eaker, Rick DuFour, and many others.
