James Brown is a real estate investor, coach, instructor,
author and adrenaline sport junkie from Alaska.
He is an expert in building, and preserving, wealth through real estate.
My favorite way is through lease-options because there are wins for everyone
involved. My favorite win is that we are helping people get into home ownership
that have lost hope. At the same time, we are helping regular people become
investors like the big hedge funds do. The people that we work with are
typically busy professionals and folks that want to maximize their retirement
funds without putting them at risk in investments outside, or inside, real estate.
Safety, security, consistent predictable long term cash flow, tax benefits and
