Neurodiversity is the range of differences in individual brain function and behavioral traits, regarded as part of normal variation in the human population (especially known in the context of autism).   Wanda K. Deschamps is passionately dedicated to inclusion and she’s willing to place her money where her mouth is. She is the founder and principal of Liberty Co with a goal to help increase the participation level of the neurodiverse population in the workforce.
