Ali aims to work with individuals to prioritize their health and understand their bodies in order to feel more energized, to elevate their mood, and to gain confidence in making the right decisions for their health. Emily is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and a Certified Dietary Supplement Professional with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Emily is a Functional Nutrition Expert through MindBodyGreen and is working towards becoming a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, through FDN, in May 2025. Emily owns and operates Whole with Emily LLC, wherein she works with clients one on one within the space of holistic wellness, to support optimal physical and mental health. She believes that true health and feeling better means examining the intersection between physical and mental health and look at one's experience through this lens. Integration of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management and self care, gut health, mindset and more is the formula for a better quality life.
