Lisa Smith, MS, RDN, LDN, CHWC, founded Integrative Wellness Center based on her passion to help clients improve their health and promote well-being through nutrition, supplements, and root cause resolution. She currently runs a boutique practice providing functional medicine coaching to clients virtually.
In addition, Lisa is the host of the Top 2% globally ranked Pretty Well Podcast which gives listeners cutting edge information to transform health and boost energy through simple but little-known wellness upgrades.
Lisa is a registered dietitian and functional medicine nutritionist with two master’s degrees in nutrition and in human biology. She also is a certified health and wellness coach and a certified functional nutrition practitioner who has helped hundreds of clients improve their health and well-being. Her areas of expertise include Digestive Disorders, Exhaustion, Adrenal Fatigue, Metabolic Issues, Autoimmunity, and more. Her mission is to educate and inspire people around the world about topics related to anti-aging, disease prevention, and energy optimization.

Emily is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and a Certified Dietary Supplement Professional with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Emily is a Functional Nutrition Expert through MindBodyGreen. Emily owns and operates Whole with Emily LLC, wherein she works with clients one on one within the space of holistic wellness, to support optimal physical and mental health. She believes that true health and feeling better means examining the intersection between physical and mental health and look at one's experience through this lens. Integration of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management and self care, gut health, mindset and more is the formula for a better quality life. Emily marries mindset with behavioral change in order to create the ultimate mind body connection and promote sustained change and a healthful balance within her work with clients.
