LEVEL I:Body: Move your body for 30 minutes 3x a week Mind: Keep a confessional and gratitude journal that you write in twice a week Spirit: Read one chapter of Proverbs a day LEVEL II:Body: Move your body for 30 minutes 5 days a week and drink 70 oz of water a day Mind: Keep a confessional and gratitude journal that you write in 6 days a week. Keep an ongoing list of things that have brought you pain, and things that have brought you joy. Spirit: Read 1 chapter of Proverbs a day and read Our Highest Good LEVEL III:Body: Move your body for 30 minutes, twice a day, 6 days a week. Drink ½ your body weight in water daily. Mind: Keep a confessional and gratitude journal that you write in 6 days a week. Keep an ongoing list of things that have brought you pain, and things that have brought you joy. Make a date with a trusted friend to talk about and share these things. Spirit: Read 1 chapter of Proverbs daily. Read Our Highest Good devotional,  Add ons: Attend a local church  Have coffee or lunch with a friend once a week  Cook in the home 5/7 days a week Declutter your home Listen to Read through the Gospels with Annie F.
