That all changes this week as former Independence Mayor Eileen Weir drops by the vault to talk about the Parade of Hearts, her love of art and even some of things she envied when looking south and into our fair city of Lee's Summit. Weir's visit came as part of her current role serving as chair of the public engagement committee for the Parade of Hearts.
