Her book is designed to guide parents through the crucial first year of a child's life with confidence, providing expert insights from her research, which involved collaboration with paediatric occupational and speech therapists. In this episode, Lindsey shares her expertise and personal journey, offering valuable advice on how to approach introducing solids, managing food allergies, and creating healthy eating habits early on.
