On today’s episode I am so excited to have my friend and the founder and CEO of Western and Co, Hailey Nelson, joining us. Hailey is a mom of four; her and her husband have three boys and a little girl. While she has it all with a successful business and beautiful family, Hailey is open and honest about how it’s not always easy. In this episode you’ll hear the full background of how Hailey started Western and Co, the evolution it’s been through, how she had to pivot down the path several times, and the high quality each of her pieces embodies. Mom guilt, wanting more creatively, finding your passion…this episode dives into it all. 
Western & Co. is reinventing the wheel for Western leather fashion, believing it should be a staple in everyone's closet and to be passed down for generations. When Hailey is not designing or running her business, she is a mother of four and resides in Northern California with her husband, Ryan, on their ranch.
