When we laugh, we create friendships, we create community, we create connections.
Having a sense of belonging and community is a contributing factor to our ability to be happy. When we feel we belong there is a feeling of safety, connectedness and support. These feelings encourage us to participate in life and apply ourselves to do great things in life!
We have the ability to create this for ourselves and for others around us.
