Tiffany-O is passionate about helping others succeed. Certified in diversity, equity, inclusion, project management, and change management, she applies creative strategies to solve complex business challenges. Her master’s degree in education fuels her dedication to continuous learning and teaching.

Utilizing systems thinking and innovation strategy, Tiffany-O effectively identifies processes and needs, driving meaningful, sustainable change. She aids leaders in crystallizing strategic paths with confidence, ensuring alignment with core objectives.

In 2008, Tiffany-O founded Virtual Partner in Ohio, uniting global teams to empower small businesses. Her leadership extends to serving as Global Leader for Girls In Tech and launching Central Ohio’s first social media conference for women, transforming the tech landscape.

Tiffany-O’s audacious goal is to elevate 1 million women into leadership roles by streamlining their journey to executive positions within the next decade. When not leading initiatives, Tiffany-O enjoys volunteering, writing her upcoming book on leadership for women, playing golf, watching K-dramas, traveling, and spending time with family.
