Welcome back to another episode! Today I will be discussing constructive criticism and the idea that everyone should be able to distinguish the difference between that and solely negative feedback. I also suggest that it ties in with being coachable.
Constructive criticism: 1) providing feedback in a manner that acknowledges both the positives and where there is room for improvement instead of solely focusing on the negatives; or 2) the process of offering valid and well-reasoned opinions about the work of others, usually involving both positive and negative comments, in a friendly manner rather than an oppositional one.
