I have always enjoyed watching a good party trick. When I was a kid I had an older cousin who could "cut off his thumb" and then suddenly make it reappear! Jesus once did an amazing party trick. He took 150 gallons of regular water and turned it into wine! It was incredible, but it wasn't really a magic trick. Not only was Jesus trying to help save the reputation of the host at the Wedding Celebration after they had run out of wine, he was showing us a sign that pointed to his glory! In this lesson we get to see deeper meaning of John's gospel, as he re-tells the 1st miraculous sign of the Son of God.
