This week we are joined by the wonderful woman and multi-hyphenate Heather Land Mathew. You might know Heather from her social media presence and "I Ain't Doin It" or maybe her comedy and life coaching. Today, we chatted all about how she started her career in comedy, and how it took a push from her friend to "do it afraid" to get started. We also talk about learning to live in the moment and not always think about what's coming next. Heather is such an inspiration and we can't wait to see where her futured leads.
