Meet Karen Rafchiek, owner of 4 Corners Merchants, a boutique filled with locally-sourced goods in the Fairwood neighborhood of Renton, WA.

Needless to say, Karen certainly had to learn how to pivot her new business fast.

It not only serves as a place for community members to gather and share their skilled crafts, but it's also a place where Karen can apply everything she's learned over the years to coach everyday makers toward a more business-savvy mindset.
