As SEPTA repairs its fleet of 50-year-old Regional Rail cars, Gov. Josh Shapiro is sending the transit agency $220 million from the state’s Public Transit Trust Fund. At a news conference Monday at the Frazer maintenance yard, Shapiro said $95 million of that is for Regional Rail.
