17-year-old Ryleigh Gnoski and her 7-week-old baby Armoni were last seen Tuesday on Marsden Street near Torresdale Avenue in Holmesburg.
Police say Gnoski often visits South Bouvier Street and West Shunk Street in South Philly
Anyone who knows where she and her baby might be are asked to call police.
