2025 has been the year of the beef bandit in Philadelphia. There was yet another meat theft overnight, this time, in the Northeast.
The truck driver says he pulled over at Red Lion and Norcom roads to sleep. He was awakened around 2 a.m. by noises from the refrigerated trailer. The driver says the thieves scurried "like cockroaches" when he went to investigate.
They dropped a bunch of boxes as they ran, but the driver thinks they got away with several pallets.
