Leadership should be an entry-level expectation, but many educators inadvertently (some maybe intentionally) treat leadership as an advanced-practice ability that may only come after more experience or later in ones career. We think that is a tragedy! Today, Drs. Kutz and Konin banter back and forth about the significance and value of leadership education (and other intangible skills) that need to be introduced to students much earlier!
