Michelle Herschfeld is an extrordinary woman. She raised 4 boys all while working hard as a lawyer in the UK and is now a loving grandma who loves spending quality time with each of her grandchildren. Michelle has such fond memories of the food her mother and grandmother made for her and still makes her mother's famous sponge cake. In typical Jewish fashion, Michelle can tell you about her ancestors and their journey from Eastern Europe to the UK in great detail and as a proud Jew, she has always taken an active role in community life, spending many years volunteering for Jewish humanitarian causes.
