Listen "Episode 37 - James Patrick"
Episode Synopsis
James Patrick is a police officer, ultramarathon runner and husband to be. He and I connected after he posted a picture of himself finishing a 46 mile race in a shared Facebook Group. Running that race alone catches my attention but what really got me is the fact it came after a recovery from a neck and back injury that put him out for 7+ months.
In this episode we discuss:
James's motocross injury
His battle with Cancer
His love for running - where it started, what it does
His mindset
His profession as a police officer
Tune in to find out more about James and his journey. Be sure to add him on Facebook.
