Episode Synopsis
Lee is the founder and CEO of Threefold Real Estate Investing, a commercial real estate investing firm located in Cincinnati, OH investing all throughout the US.
He, however, does not have the most traditional path to real estate investor. Having started in the physical therapy field, he quickly realized there was more opportunity out there for him. He jumped ship and started working in corporate, soon to find out time was a limitation.
And this is where real estate investing was introduced.
Together, with his wife and business partners he has moved from fix n flips to multifamily investing in a short amount of time and gives some of his lessons learned along the way.
On top of all this, he is a loving husband and father and a faithful man of God. We discuss faith, finance and family throughout it all, please enjoy!
