Show Notes Episode 1 I'm Back For those of you that have listened to my Kindly Blunt podcast previously you may have wondered where I suddenly disappeared to, so let me fill you in as to where I've been and what I've been doing. My life suddenly took a nosedive in 2021, when I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. So, my first request for 2023 is if you have a test to go to – go to it, don't put it off because it's at an inconvenience, or you don't have time – make time. You never know it may just save your life. Most of 2021 was changing and adapting my life and my business to allow me to incorporate all the additional baggage cancer brings into your life. Listen to this podcast to hear how I did that, alternatively you could read about it in my new book that is coming out in March this year, called Agnes, Bea, Cancer and Me. It was tough.  I was not motivated, I couldn't even rant, so felt I needed to take a break from this podcast.
