There are so many different types of yoga out there. I encourage everyone to try the Buffet and see if there is a yoga style that works for you. My favorite takeaway is that if I can deal with difficult situations (holding poses/dealing with discomfort) on the mat then it's training my brain to overcome difficult situations off of the mat.
