Acads are a hugeee stressor. Years and years of classes, and it seems like all you know is studying na. There will be days na parang susuko ka na dahil gulong-gulo na isip mo sa stress. Acads are overwhelming talaga, and it just gets harder and harder, pero kinaya mo diba. Whenever you're overwhelmed, take a minute or maybe even an hour(s). Remember to kalma. Like every other obstacle/hardship, nalampasan mo. Of course there'll be weight on your shoulders kasi acads eh, di mawawala yun, pero at least try to minimize the pressure that's coming from yourself. You'll do great, and you'll do as well as you've prepared. Just kalma. Ang acads ay para sa future mo diba, meaning yourself, pero dont forget to prioritize another thing essential sa future mo—your health. Kalma. You got this. Good luck.
