(Lord) Simon Jacobs, a very good friend of mine joins me on the very first episode of this podcast.  Simon isn't here just because we go way back, I invited him to chat with me as he runs a company called Professional Weirdos and as long as I've known him he's also been a bit 'out of the box', entrepreneurial and has always 'got me'. He's a real supporter of the neurodiverse.  Simon's company Professional Weirdos is all about creativity. He goes into companies, large and small and helps them and their staff to reconnect and utilise their creative talents, often hidden away.   As you'll hear in the chat, he has a methodology that he takes people through. Professional Weirdos aims to help give people permission to show their Inner Weirdo and embrace it in all parts of their lives.   He's worked with some big companies such as John Lewis, The BBC and Microsoft.   Aside from that, he's also a lecturer, a Governor of a hospital and as I said before a wonderful, life long friend.   I hope you enjoy this episode and take something positive away from it, I know both Simon and I did.
