Every company has a mission statement that usually reflects its purpose of the entity, vision of where they’re headed, and values for what they believe in. These three components set the tone for the culture of the organization and how business shall be conducted. Now we know everyone doesn’t uphold these principles every day, and today is different. It is a top-notch top-performance Thursday meaning rise the bar and operate out of a spirit of excellence, doing everything of the highest quality, being better, faster and more efficient. Show up to work early and leave later, to the salesman make another sells call, to the realtor show another property, to the basketball player shoot a thousand free throws, to the receptionist respond to all the emails, to the bloggers write another article, to the dancers go over the routine one more time. Whatever you do treat it like your business and be outstanding.
