Take about 15 minutes to do this exercise. Close your eyes and create a theatrical play on how you want your day to be or the rest of your life lived out. Envision all the colors, sounds, and things you’re going to accomplish. Grab a pin and pad if you want to capture it in writing. Be very descriptive in the production you create. Your mind is more powerful than reality because if you can believe it, you can achieve it. Visualize, materialize, utilize, and capitalize on this theatrical day.
